Mischa Barton was arrested on Thursday after being arrested for possessing marijuana, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and possessing a controlled substance, according to a statement by L.A. Sheriff’s spokesman.
“During Ms. Barton’s detention, it was determined that she was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage,” the statement said.
Mischa was quickly released from jail in the morning after paying a $10,000 bail, so she just spent 8 hours in jail. That’s a good lesson… maybe she will learn…
