The one of the famous celebritiesBlake Lively is an American actress and fashion model. She now stars as Serena van der Woodsen in the book-based TV drama Gossip Girl. Blake has also starred in movies, as well as Accepted, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, The Private Lives of Pippa Lee and Ben Affleck’s The Town.
Gossip Girl star Blake Lively is not happy with her recent Seventeen cover and we don’t blame her. That’s a terrible Photoshop work! At least use Photoshop to make Blake look better!! I swear from time to time a horrible photoshopped cover will get to the surface just to remind us celebs aren’t all that glamorous! Remember Ashlee Simpson’s disastrous cover??
“Her Vanity Fair and Cosmopolitan covers are great, but her camp is not thrilled about her Seventeen cover,” said one source. “Her rep felt the Seventeen photo looked nothing like Blake.” Lively’s flack confirmed she was not “over the moon” with Seventeen and called the magazine about it but claimed her client wasn’t behind the call – “Blake hasn’t even seen the shots yet,” said the rep. On getting silly with her co-stars: “Everyone is really funny and has such strange things that they do. Like Leighton does amazing voice impressions, and she can impersonate anyone’s face. Chace does an amazing impression of Scott Stapp from Creed. Ed is always singing. Taylor is just so adorable, I just want to bake her a cupcake. And Penn does these silly dance moves, and he’s very witty and quick, so it’s fun to have sharp banter with him.”
On why she doesn’t hit the NYC hot spots: “I don’t drink, so when you’re going out to a really loud place, where you can’t talk to other people, and people are drinking, you can’t really have a conversation. I just never really found too much joy in it. Especially if there’s something else fun to do, like play Guitar Hero.”
On how actors fall for each other off-set: “Maybe when they kiss off the set – because it’s definitely not romantic on the set, that’s for sure. When you’re saying these words that people are making you say to one another, nothing about it is real or genuine. So if two people connect outside their characters, then that’s how they get together. Source
I can’t blame poor Blake Lively for wanting to detach herself from the image of social parasite Paris Hilton. Just because the Gossip Girl star has blonde hair and a dog, people compare her to Paris and she isn’t happy about it:
“Since I have a dog and blond hair, that must mean we’re alike. It’s a dumb thing to say. I don’t think that makes us similar. I don’t know her, but I don’t like being compared to anyone by somebody who doesn’t know me. I’m my own person. After being caught and photographed kissing and making out in Cancun, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley assumed their romance that started on set of CW hit show Gossip Girl.Although Penn Badgley still isn’t a fan of on-set romances “I think they cause a lot of drama. God, I’m being so cryptic,” but about Blake he adds, “Obviously, there’s chemistry there. She’s a great girl.” Still, he added, “we have to draw a line, at some point, with our personal lives, because otherwise, ya know, when do people stop?” Hum… very cryptic, Penn!! It seems like he isn’t all that excited with Blake. Well they are young and irresponsible… they are allowed to have fun and make mistakes!
Penn revealed on interview he is still getting used to the fact that he’s become a heartthrob. “I would say I once got mauled by 40 or 50 girls on the street, all school girls, all from one of these schools that the show is about and all is plaid skirts, white shirts, and just screaming, eyes glazed over,” he said, recalling his scariest fan encounter. He said it’s different shooting the CW hit — the season finale aired Monday — in New York City rather than Los Angeles because “people have a certain respect for the show because it’s a show in the city about the city. In New York I would say it’s pretty tame,” he said, “out here it gets a little crazy.”
Of course having your personal life ‘attacked’ with the same questions everyday can be boring so Gossip Girl’s stars, Blake Lively and Chace Crawford spiced it up!! When asked who they were dating in their off-screen lives, the pair of kidders had some fun with reporters at a press conference over the weekend. “I’m having Brad Pitt’s baby,” joked 20-year-old Blake. Meanwhile, co-star Chace, who has been seeing singer Carrie Underwood since the fall, risked starting a whole different kind of rumor when he answered, “I’m dating a gay, Jewish monkey.” OMG I have to say I love it!! The Maltepoo is like another fashion trend amongst young celebrities and Blake Lively doesn’t want to be left behind. So she is the new proud owner of her own special Maltepoo, name still unknown… (if someone has any info about the dog’s name just drop me a comment) Look at that cute little thing!! I want one of those dogs too!! They are soo cute!! I have a beautiful toy poodle that is just as cute as that!! Ok she is even cuter cause she’s mine!!! The Gossip Girl beauty was in Paris to see Valentino’s fashion show. Blake was a beautiful vision in white and she looked really natural. Nose job or not she’s hot!!! I still can’t decide if I like the dress… there’s something about it that makes me not love it!! But it was one dangerous dress when Blake was getting out of the car that almost earned her a famous upskirt shot!! Miraculously Blake manages to get out of the car like a lady and poses for paparazzi with her big smile… Go Girl!!
Blake Lively isn’t confirming or denying it, she gives us a silent treatment for this subject. Allegedly Blake had a rhinoplasty right after filming ‘Accepted’ back in 2006 and before she made it into the Gossip Girl’s cast. What do you think, did she or didn’t she have a nose job?So the nose job wasn’t a requirement for her job but that before nose sure isn’t something I would want to see in the show.
