After partying at London’s Groucho bar Sunday night, the singer Lily emerged only to discover a window on her brand new BMW had been smashed in by vandals.
She’d brought the luxury vehicle just weeks ago in a bid to cheer herself up after admitting she’d been feeling “miserable” following her miscarriage and break-up with Chemical Brothers front man Ed Simons two weeks later.
Lily Allen admits in her blog to be upset:
If you see photos in the press or online of my car window being “smashed by vandals”, I just want you to know that it was one of the many paparazzi who were following us who did it. There were so many of them hassling us that it is difficult to say which one of them did it but i had to leap in a taxi to get away from them, my friend Emily had to get into the car which was covered in broken glass and drive it away. It was a scary situation and i want people to know that it was totally their fault and that the whole situation has angered and upset me. Emily got cut from sitting on the broken glass and we are both horrified that people could behave in this way and get away with it.

I would be insane if someone did that to my new car… but my question is, why didn’t they call the police?? I’m not saying Lily should have waited for the police to come, but if her friend had to drive with broken glass under her ass, she could have waited for the cops to arrive and take note of the situation.
British people are soo dense sometimes!!
Meanwhile, Lily confessed that if you’re young in London — it’s boring unless you drink loads and do drugs: “If you’re young, living in London and working in this industry, unless you drink and take a lot of drugs, there’s not much to do. It’s boring to go out if everyone else if taking cocaine and shouting at me.”
So that’s why she looked completely wasted in the cab… oh that’s way she is wasted all the time!!
